Our founder, Lisa Morales-Hellebo, has made it her life’s work to refashion industrial value chains to be better for PEOPLE, PLANET, & PROFITS, starting with textiles and soft goods.
Lisa grew up sewing her own clothes with her mother, who was taught to sew by her mother. Lisa’s grandmother was a seamstress in the South Bronx after moving to New York City from Puerto Rico, where her relatives have been farmers and seamstresses living below the poverty line. The REFASHIOND OS team consists of experts across Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Textiles with 250+ years of collective experience.
